    • Product can only be returned if it is a in damaged state. 

    • Please submit photographs of proof to be eligible for return

  • Certain items, such as personalized products or clearance items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.


5. Refunds
